I love fall!

This is why I love fall....

I also love being able to step outside and not need to take a shower 5 minutes later. :) Aidan, Grayson, Landon and I went to drop off a meal for a new mom who just had a baby a month ago. After we dropped the meal off we went to play at the park. It was a BEAUTIFUL day! This was the first time I took all 3 boys to the park and it went great! I put the twins in their stroller and they slept the whole time. I was able to park them in the shade and run around with Aidan.

Showing me how to do it.

My lifesaver! This stroller is a necessity for twin moms! I love it!!

Two Months Old!!

The boys are 2 months old today! I can't believe! They have had a major growth spurt this week and I know they have gained a couple pounds. Thursday they have their 2 month appointment so we will get the official weigh in, but I am guessing they are close to 11 or 11.5 pounds!

Can you tell who is who? I will update with the correct names later this week, but if you want to take a guess you can leave a comment at the bottom of the post!

Guess who......

DNA

I just can not believe that these two are not identical.

Without going into to much detail, based on the fact the boys had 2 of "everything" in the womb, doctors default that means the boys are fraternal. However, this is not 100%  case. Here is a quick bio lesson....

So, my boys had 2 of "everything" suggestiong they are fraternal. HOWEVER, if there was only one egg and it split before we found out we were having twins, they could still be identical, and would still have had 2 of "everything". It is kind of confusing, but you can read more here. I really want to do a DNA test to know for sure. I have added that to my Christmas and Birthday wish lists for this year! :)

So, what do you think???

Terrible 2's or just a bored big bro?

What am I going to do with him? These were taken yesterday! I was feeding the boys and starting smelling pepper. I even sneezed! I didn't know why until I got up and walked into the kitchen. Aidan was less than 5 feet from me, in eye site the whole time driving his car on the kitchen table and chairs. Well, he somehow got the pepper and thought it would be fun to pour over his car. He then drove his car through the pepper, and poured some more! There was pepper everywhere! I had to strip him down and mop the kitchen! What a mess!

While I was cleaning up the pepper, Aidan got into wipes! He once again took out every wipe from the package, one by one and threw them on the floor!

And....that is not all! Today he got the trash bag out of the trash can in the kitchen and dumped it all over the floor! And he could not dump it on the tile for easy clean up, he dumped it on the carpet! We now have brown streaks in the carpet from the coffee grinds that were in the bag! He is a STINKER!

*******Edited to add. While I was typing this post, Aidan poured his milk on the kitchen floor to drive his truck through. I walked over and said 'Aaaaidddan" and he said...

"It spilled!"

Pumpkin Patch

This weekend we visited Hillridge Farms with some of our friends. It was a cold morning, so we bundled everyone up and headed out. We went to the same farm last year (click here to see the pictures) and had such a great time! The farm has tons for the little ones to do. This year they added a few new attractions like this Hay Jump. The kids could get in and jump and throw hay around.

They also added a new Rabbit area. Aidan loved to look at the bunnies and stick his fingers through the gate and let them nibble on him.

Last year we skipped this slide because Aidan was too little. This year James and Aidan went down it together. I passed and waited at the bottom with the twins to get a picture. I wasn't sure what Aidan would think but he seemed to love it!

We took a hay ride over to where the actual pumpkin patch was. I wore a baby (not sure who :)) and James carried a baby in the car seat. It was pretty interesting carrying our pumpkins and all our boys! After we got off the hay ride with out pumpkins I was walking holding Aidan's hand, holding a pumpkin and wearing a baby. James was a head of me carring a baby and holding the other 2 pumpkins. We were walking back to where the stoller was parked. I heard a lady next to me say something like "look at that little boy, his pants are down". Well, a few minutes later I saw she was talking about me, and that "little boy" was Aidan. Apparantley his pants had fallen to his ankles at some point, and because my hands were full, I did not see it! So I could only imagine what people were thinking....he was walking right next to me, holding my hand with his little tush showing!!!!

The first good picture of all 3 boys!!!!

I wonder how I can crop those people in the background out? Anyone know??

Later in the day we had over friends over to hang out. We were able to get a little outside time in before it got cold again. Davin brought over his Power Wheel and they all had a blast driving it around. We had a pot luck of food, and just enjoyed each other's company!

My handsome hubby

This is Aidan and Abby! I think we might have to keep an eye on these two!
